I love that he’s still holding it above his own head, and she has to move in super-close to him if she wants any actual benefit out of it. Oh Schtein.

Whoa look what I found while looking through my comics just now!
So much awesome in this one thing. (Alas, Mignola only did the cover, but the interior’s better-looking than most of the other Marvel comics I have, so that’s okay.)
Seeing the “50 Years of Captain America” made me do a double-take since it’s kind of been 70 years. Could I even read in 1991? I’m not that old, I swear.
Superpowers! …you’re doing it wrong, Matt.
But hey, it’s still less body-fitting than Marvel/DC spandex.
Redesigned his goop (read: made it harder to draw).
It’s Free Comic Book Day! So, have a free comic book!
If you’ve ever wanted to read the first volume of an unfinished comic on your fancy book-reading device, then here you go!
This is an iPad-sized version of the print PDF, so it contains a few blank pages that were meant to make sure the pagination stays correct, but as a trade-off, you also get all the book-exclusive extra sketches!
Although there will not be a second book, perhaps some of you might enjoy rereading what we did manage to create. Or maybe you just like dicks on your ereaders.
Speaking of dicks, you can blame all the big dicks for the bloated file size xP (Actually, it’s because BD is full of textures that don’t compress well, and because it’s 160 pages+cover!)
Also, I’m Livestreaming, y’all! It’s not BD and it’s not Senka, but it’s something? It’s a miracle that I found time to draw at all ._.
Come see me flail!
I am moving in about three weeks and won’t have room for a lot of my comics (both in the moving truck and in my new home). I’d rather not throw them out, but our library does not take Japanese-language comic books. So, I’m hoping to sell as many of these as I can! If there’s anything here you want, please buy it! Although the starting price is $4/book, I’m more than willing to negotiate down, especially if you’re interested in a set of books!
All the books are in Japanese and the majority are in very good/like new condition! There’s a variety of series, but here is a very small sampling: Bleach, Highschool of the Dead, Trinity Blood, Hellsing, Dogs B&C, Death Note, D.Gray-man, and lots of others!
There are magazines and light novels as well.
I also have a selection of old (2006 and older) Animedia and Animage issues that are unlisted. If you’re interested, please inquire.
How do you keep the fact that it’s work from spoiling the fun?
The main reason I haven’t pursued art beyond the hobby level is that I feel like whenever I do it for money, it becomes as miserable as any other job instead of being fun like personal projects. That’s what happened every time I tried to do commissions, and it’s what’s happening with my programming job. What am I doing wrong?
He’s not afraid of any specific monster, and the main thing he is afraid of is a spoiler.
Most “disgusting” things are funny to me. The only thing that really repulses me is real-world politics. I love playing with politics in fiction, but when I remember how things are in real life, ugh.
